M. Night and Me

by Frank Roche on August 31, 2007

I was walking through Rittenhouse Square this morning and walked right by M. Night Shyamalan. They’re filming The Happening this morning on the corner of Rittenhouse and 18th. Did I mention I love being in Philly?

Combining with a post from your other blog…
I was walking past Sardie’s in NYC and walked past Mel Brooks I didn’t have a camera so I just kept walking others were asking for his picture as I passed. A couple of steps later, these girls asked me “Is that guy famous or something?” Of course I told them it was Mel Brooks to which their response was “Who’s that?”…man I must be old

It is nice to know that even famous people have to put one foot in front of the other to walk and breath in and out just like us little folk.

Steve, that’s too funny. I love Mel Brooks…and it’s even funnier that you had to tell them….IT’S FRAHNK-en-steen!

Rick, no talking…I was just thinking that it’s fun to be where famous people are. But as Steve says, they put one foot in front of the other.
