Bring on the Global Warming, Baby

I walked Snickers the Wonder Dog this morning and I was wearing just a pair of shorts and a t-shirt. On October 4. At 5:45am. Fahrenheitadelphia, baby!

    Rick, good point. I’m not such a great swimmer, and although Snickers is a Lab, she hates water. Ugh. Bring on just a little global warming, that’s what I meant.

    Moni, it’s funny. Yeah, I’m going to the garden center this weekend to buy some small fruit trees. I’m going to heel them in an let them get root…I talked to a garden center guy who said we can get rooting until December when we get soil warming like this so late in the year. I like it…but it is smoking hot — 87 degrees today — and it’s supposed to hold for another week.

    Pinky Bear, ain’t that the truth? I was super hot walking to work this morning in a suit and tie. I felt like instead of a business suit I should have been in my swimming suit.
