Merry Christmas 2007

Sncikers the Wonder Dog got walked. Then we opened presents. Sheryl made a smörgåsbord breakfast with waffles, eggs, blueberry muffins, bacon, and toast. Then I took a nap. All is right in the world.

One Laptop Per Child Arrived

See that? It’s one of the first One Laptop Per Child machines delivered in the U.S. And that’s at my house.
The laptop is amazing; the OLPC program is even more so.
I’m checking out the functionality. It’s got a word processors, 12-hour battery, internet connectivity, music authoring, etc. Here’s a list of the software.
