Joan Van Ark

This used to be a beautiful woman, the actress Joan Van Ark. What happened? I have one word for you: Plastics.

If you’re ever thinking about it, don’t do it. You want to see a woman who aged beautifully? Kate.

Amen to Kate (and I might add Meryl Streep and Diane Keaton seemed to have avoided the horror of the face lift).

Head over to Radar on line they have a very funny, but kind of scary article about the rather botched plastic surgeries.

Pax, I’ll have to go look at Radar. I agree about Meryl Streep and Diane Keaton. Both natural beauties. I mean, how did this beautiful woman turn into this?

Real is what life is all about. No need for anything more than stylish clothes to change a look. Easy of course for someone like me to say. I have never been defined by my physical beauty (a perfect example of understatement).

I got Radar Magazine and it had the plastic surgery disasters or all time. My favorite quote is from Burt Reynolds when he asked a plastic surgeon to make him look “human again.”
