I like them all...but I do like Fred on the show. He's my role model. Rick, it's 13 years of being an altar boy and serving 6AM mass EVERY DAY for 6 of those years. I was a little kid and used to be at church every day before 6AM. I laugh about the predictability of my days -- but somehow it works. I'll have to go with the Flintstones as a reason why it works. LOL, Pinky Bear…I’m indiscriminate with my Flintstones Vitamins. I like them all…but I do like Fred on the show. He’s my role model.

I get up about the same time but a shower and writing a post would be all I might get done in the same time. I wouldn't even have time to dress before I left the house and that would not be pretty. Speed and efficiency really frees time for more stuff. And you do it on decaf. Do you have a secret besides a genetically high adrenaline flow? Maybe its the Flinstones?
