Look at what was awaiting me on this Easter morning. Bread. Sweet, sweet bread in the form of a bagel sandwich. I waited 40 days. It was worth it.
I’m still going to limit my bread intake, but dang that was a long time yearning for yeasty goodness.

It took some willpower, I’ll say that. I’m going to still go with very low bread consumption…but yesterday, sweet yesterday. Sheryl made fresh bread for dinner. Yum.
