Diwali: The Festival of Lights

by Frank Roche on October 27, 2008

Sheryl and I attended a Diwali party on Saturday. Diwali is the Indian festival of lights, and it celebrates the conquest of good over evil. There was singing. There was dancing. And there was joy. What else could a person ask for in this world?

Thanks, Mark…it was really fun…kind of like a costume party for me…I dig the clothes.

Whomever snapped that picture must be a photogenius. The true essence of you and Sheryl individually and as a couple shines through. Just Brilliant.

Next time let me know when you plan to go native at a party so I can dress up too. What a fun night.

Kind of makes me wish that American women would adopt the Sari for dressy occasions!

Your wife looks great! Way to rock a Festive Diwali garment, Mrs. Frank!

And Frank, you look so cool!

Isn't that something? I think saris are beautiful…and they are comfortable (I hear).
