Howard, you have that exactly right. When times get tough, smart companies get communicating. And you know that business in spades. Thanks for the good wishes…we feel grateful that we're doing well…and realize that there are plenty of people who, by no fault of their own, are not.

It strikes me that you provide a suite of services that is dramatically underutilized in any economy. You guys are in a line of work for which the benefit increases as times get tougher, which is why the smart companies reach out to companies like yours in times like this.
