68 Degrees Is the Perfect Temperature for Sleeping

I’ve been staying in a lot of hotels this year. (Actually, my top year for hotels was 2005, when I stayed over 100 days at a single Marriott.) I’ll probably put in between 75 and 100 days this year. One little observation: 68 degrees Fahrenheit is the perfect temperature setting in a hotel room. Not too hot. Not too cold. Just right.

I’m at the Renaissance in Schaumburg, IL. My room is 68F. G’night.
