Watch What You Eat — and Write

That slide in the picture says, “The average North American consumes more than 400 Africans.”

You have to have a sense of humor about that one.

And think about your English classes.

I’m sure the presenter meant “…consumes more food…”

But her sentence came out sounding like the Zombie Apocalypse.

Don’t write like it’s the Zombie Apocalypse.

Unless you’re writing to Zombies.
