by Frank Roche on April 12, 2010

UPDATE: Kate Sherrod wrote a sonnet about our little red guy and the window titled “In Which Springtime Proves Painful for Some.”

Such a pretty bird, but he's a little bit creepy…reminds of The Birds! He seems a little mental.

Aww, love.

Jess, it really looks like love. He thinks his rival is there.

We have one that does the same thing!!! It hangs in our holly tree and did this during daylight all winter, and I still hear him doing it.

Martha…he seems to not get injured. I’m glad to hear your guy has had a long history of it and it’s okay. Zoiks, this guy is determined.
