It’s time. I have to think about what I’m going to wear in the morning now because it’s cold. Summer is so uncomplicated — it’s just jeans and a black t-shirt. Every day. Now I’m searching for sweaters and jackets and warm socks.
I like fall, but right about now it’s nothing more than a hassle. I’ll be in the groove soon enough.

I need to go on a major shopping spree for new clothes. Not only did I decide to update my mostly ten-year-old wardrobe, I also lost 40 pounds since June. Double whammy!

That is a high class problem, BMIML. I've admired the mileage you've put in…and wow, a new wardrobe…not bad!
I agree … lately, I have found myself becoming that “old guy” who says, “I need to move to a warmer climate”. I never used to be like this … I loved the fall and winter … now I am starting to loathe them.
